Born in 1992, Khagendra Thapa Magar from the Baglung District of Nepal is the smallest known man on earth, standing just 22 in (56cm), barely the height of a toddler.
When Khagendra was born, he didn't weigh much more than a can of soda, and now that he is an adult he tips the scales at 10 lb (4.5kg), the same weight as domestic cat. His tiny size means that he only needs to eat around 3 1/2 or (100g) of food each day, the equivalent of two chocolate bars . It is likely that Khagendra's diminutive figure is caused by a pituitary gland problem, but otherwise he is completely healthy and very keen on dancing and karate.
